Been into RC cars and boats for 25+ years, but just finished putting together my first crawler. Picked up a Venom Creeper last week and have been having lots of fun so far. Looking forward to learning lots more from yall.

The same Tuffone that some of you already know. I dont make a lot of comps due to work and distance, but the crawling spirit is still within my blood. I live down in the Lawton area, which is in SW OK for those that have never been west of I35. There are rocks down here, and we I hope to see some changes so that we could all do some buisness down this way. Lets Meet In The Middle.

Comp 7 @ Keystone State Park

Post by Guest on Tue Jun 30, 2009 2:34 pm

New comp spot ,should be fun.
Keystone State park
July 11th on a saturday.

9:00 we will start building courses
9:00 to 9:50 is sign ups
9:50 we'll have a drivers meeting
10:00 we'll start the comp

We will be running 2.2 class 1st and the the 1.9s, fallowed by the Supers.

After you get in the park you'll come to a sign RED CARPET COUNTRY. Go that way and follow the signs to SHELTER #5. I rented the shelter for all of us for the day. Darkhorse bring the Banner and we can put it up there.
There's a BAR-B -Q at the shelter in case anybody wants to use it.
There's electricity at the shelter too.
Here's some pics.

Here's some pics of the comp area.

I hope to be there... as long as I can hitch a ride (Shaun said he would if he ended up going). I can not make it any more if I have to drive because the better half needs to be at work by 1:00PM and we only have the one car.

I got the go ahead. So I'll be there. Rick what time are you leaving? We may just meet you at the station by the casino or something. I will have the losi up and going with the front and rear dig. This will be a good test to see how it does. Smile
